INT. LEGAL — COPYRIGHT

Copyright Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Copyright Policy outlines how Dizittal Creative Studios handles original work, authorship, and rights transfer for the creative writing and intellectual property services it provides.

Original Work

All scripts, dialogue, lyrics, ghostwritten material, and other creative content produced for a client is developed originally for that engagement, unless otherwise agreed.

Ownership During Development

Unless a project agreement states otherwise, drafts, concepts, and preliminary material created during a project remain the intellectual property of Dizittal Creative Studios / Optimiz Consultants until copyright is formally assigned upon final delivery and full payment.

Copyright Assignment

Where a project agreement includes copyright transfer, ownership of the final delivered work passes to the client upon the terms specified in that agreement, including any conditions tied to payment. See also our Terms & Conditions.

Work-for-Hire & Licensing

Work-for-hire arrangements, licensing terms, and usage rights are handled on a per-project basis and documented in writing before work begins.

Third-Party Material

We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material belonging to third parties. Clients providing reference material, source material, or existing IP for adaptation are responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights to share it with us.

Script Sales Support

Where we support a client with script sales or rights documentation, this is advisory in nature; final legal review of contracts should be conducted by the client's own legal counsel.
