These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the engagement of creative writing and intellectual property services offered by Dizittal Creative Studios, operated by Optimiz Consultants.

Services

Dizittal Creative Studios provides script development, dialogue writing, lyrics writing, ghostwriting, story development, editing and proofreading, copyright and script sales support, and creative consulting, scoped individually per project.

Engagement Terms

All creative work is undertaken subject to a mutually agreed contractual arrangement between Dizittal Creative Studios and the client, executed prior to the commencement of paid work. Project scope, timelines, fees, revisions, and deliverables are defined in that agreement. See our process for how a typical engagement runs.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

Ownership of creative work, including copyright assignment, licensing, and work-for-hire terms, is governed exclusively by the applicable project agreement. Unless expressly transferred in writing, all drafts and preliminary material remain the intellectual property of Dizittal Creative Studios until final delivery and settlement. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in a project is defined in the relevant project agreement. Additional revisions outside agreed scope may be chargeable.

Payments

Fees, payment schedules, and applicable taxes are set out in the individual project agreement or invoice issued by Optimiz Consultants.

Limitation of Liability

Dizittal Creative Studios provides creative and editorial services in good faith but does not guarantee commercial outcomes such as production, publication, or licensing of any work.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Sonipat, Haryana.
